1. Processing Times

All of our products are made to order. Please allow:

Processing Time: 2-3 weeks prior to the event date.
Custom Orders: May require additional time depending on complexity. You will be notified via email if more time is needed.

Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be determined once your project is completed. Shipping charges will depend on size and weight.

Local Pickup offered by appointment only.

Local pickup in Tampa, FL.

3. Carriers Used

We primarily ship through:

USPS (United States Postal Service)
UPS
FedEx

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

4. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!

5. Delays & Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package is delayed or missing, please:

Check the tracking number provided in your confirmation email
Contact the carrier directly
